I know it says Professional but this is just meant for Home Coffee Roasting!!!

That being said this is a VERY well built home coffee roaster! When we first saw it in use at the 2008 SCAA Convention, they were roasting coffee all day long each day with the same roaster! Inside the Minneapolis Convention Center! Almost no smoke! At least not enough to make them stop.

About this Coffee:

This coffee is produced by 97 small coffee growers who comprise the Asociacion Los Naranjos San Agustin. The individual farms are an average of 1.5 hectares, and the coffee they produce is fully washed and fully patio sun-dried.
All coffee is hand sorted to ensure the highest quality beans. This commitment to quality is certainly shown in the cup, which is bright, fruity, and complex with a soft and sweet body.

About this Coffee:

This unique varietal is a look back into the past. French Mission Bourbon is an original Bourbon varietal that was introduced by French Missonaries in the late 1800s into Kenya before the days of agro science trying to increase yield at the expense of cup, or any other concern. The estate is named after the river that runs through this district. Over 76 centemeters of rain a year, combined with the deep red volcanic soil and perfect temperatures of 22 to 28 degrees come together to give this coffee the perfect conditions to express its genetic treasures.
In addtion to great genetic stock, the Harries family has been growing coffee here for almost near a century. The family has donated more than 50 acres of land to the Thika Municipal Council and co-founded the Wabeni Technical Institute on this site providing for the education of underpriviledged children in practical skills that can help them make a living; e.g. dress making, motor mechanics, and carpentry.
