I really like T Boone Pickens and his Energy Plan! 

I try to do as much as I can to save energy and I always reuse boxes and bags.  I use coffee chaf as soil enhancement and in the winter as a traction aid on my icy driveway!  The new coffee roaster I am buying will be converted into a new “Green” earth friendly roaster when we move into our bigger barn, no room in my small one for the extra parts.  When possible I drive my Honda Civic 40 mpg and when I get coffee I take our Honda Odysey 24 mpg.

I know I have said this before and not done it, but we really are getting a larger coffee roaster in the next few weeks!  I have been roasting multiple batches of the same coffee too long now.  We are also getting a LOT more requests and inquiries for large wholesale  roasted orders.  I love to roast coffee but 10 or 12 hours of it everyday would just be too much!

I have read that the “mermaid logo” (Starbucks) coffee company let’s ALL of their coffee “rest” and “de-gass” for 2 weeks before it is loaded onto the trucks for delivery to another regional warehouse, before it is trucked again to a retail store and ends up on a shelf for sale. How fresh can that be? Consider this when you purchase coffee from this section! The prices will be unbeatable! The free 1/2 pound with each 2 pounds purchased DOES NOT apply to this section! If you live in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North or South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska or the northern part of Illinois we are starting to ship via Spee Dee Delivery Service. Spee Dee offers a sizeable savings compared to UPS or the USPS.

Please be aware that we may be shipping your package via Spee Dee and we will credit you the difference from the shipping method chosen. We are working on integrating a Spee Dee shipping option into our shopping cart system. Contact us for a shipping quote.

We use UPS and USPS for most of our shipping. We are currently shipping to all 50 US States, Puerto Rico, New Zealand, Australia, most of Europe and Canada. Most of the items that are shipped from a distributor for us will only ship to the US. Please contact us to find out if we can ship your order outside of the US.

Hottop Coffee Roasters will ship to the US and Canada direct from HottopUSA.

Racilio,Saeco,Pasquini, Bunn Home models and Bosch equipment will only ship to the USA via UPS Ground

If you are paying with PayPal we will ONLY ship to a PayPal confirmed address. Please confirm your address with PayPal. Also, please let the Auto Return feature bring you back to Our Coffee Barn from the PayPal site so we get your order into our system.

The Bunn Commercial items will be drop shipped direct from Bunn.

All of the La Pavoni Home and Commercial Espresso equipment will be drop shipped from Mt. Vernon NY. Signatures may be required on the more expensive items.

All Commercial Bunn orders will require a signature on delivery. Please consider this when choosing your shipping address.

Any time Free Shipping is listed it only applies to the lower 48 US States.

To ensure the freshest roasted coffee beans possible. We are only roasting coffee as it is ordered.

Here is our roasting and shipping plan.

1. All roasted orders will be roasted as we receive them, within 2 business days and shipped within 24 hours of roasting.

2. Ground coffee may be allowed to de gas for up to 24 hours before grinding and shipping.

3.All free coffee with equipment purchases will be roasted as we receive the orders and shipped within 48 hours of roasting.All green coffee bean orders will be shipped as we receive them, usually within 2 business days

We will ship coffee to an APO address, however we have most of the espresso equipment drop shipped from various distributors and most will not ship to an APO or FPO address. Please contact us if you are shipping to an APO before ordering.

Order Cancellation and Return Policy

To allow us to offer the free shipping and,or the special Buy Now pricing we are currently offering on most of the equipment we carry, we are forced to implement the following Order Cancellation and Returns Policy.

30 Day Return Policy

For warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer listed in your warranty information. If you would like to return any equipment please contact us prior to returning it. We would like to try to correct any problems before returns are made. Items must be returned in the original packaging. If the item arrives damaged, not in the original packaging or missing parts, we will deduct accordingly for repairs, we will not pay return shipping. Returns for color or dimension issues are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (It will not fit under my cupboards, for example). If the items dimensions are not listed or you would like a better picture, contact us. Absolutly no returns accepted after 30 Days from delivery date.

Order Cancelation Policy

Canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the item has been shipped. Any returns made without our prior permission are subject to the same 25% restocking fee. If we have not placed your equipment order with our distributors, and you wish to cancel, the restocking fee is void. If your order is in transit and you wish to cancel, you would be subject to the restocking fee. To explain a little further, we are charged a restocking fee by our distributors, and it is no guaranty that we can stop or change the delivery once the order is in transit. We are a small Family business and we can not afford canceled orders, and still offer the low prices.

We are sorry but we can not accept returns on roasted coffee.
