New USRC 12 Kilo Roaster

I got a call from the trucking company yesterday to confirm a delivery date of Monday June 1.  I will be taking pictures and posting updates as we install the roaster.

I plan on doing our new roasting schedule of just 2 roasting days a week, starting next week.  Thursday June 4 will be the first production roast with the new roaster!

Watch for the new 25 pound size option for fresh roasted coffee!
