After yesterdays roasting, I feel comfortable with the new roaster.  I took roasting a few full batches (32 lbs in) to not get overly nervous about messing up the roast.  My little Diedrich IR3 had a max load of a little over 7 pounds. 

Now I am tweaking the roast profiles to better fit each batch size and bean.  I know I will need to get my old laptop computer connected to the USRC roaster, for room for a few hundred roast profiles. The roasters internal memory will only hold 15 profiles.
