Roasting Profiles on new USRC Coffee Roaster
I have been final tweeking the roast profiles on the new roaster. I have set the regular level 5 degrees hotter and slowed it down at the first crack on all of the different sized batches I use. I found that some small changes can make a big difference in the cup! If any of you roasted coffee customers gets an order that just doesn’t seem the same as before I got the new roaster, let us know.
I am going to be conecting an old laptop computer to the roaster soon. I will be able to set a profile for all of the different roast levels and batch sizes then!
