High temp. = 490 degrees Medium temp. = 455 degrees Low temp. = 390 degrees A Fan Speed Control has been added that allows the finest tuning of the roast. The Fan Speed Control allows adjustments of + or – 10%. Starting the roast, the beans are at their heaviest, the fan speed can be turned up to keep the beans fluid and give an even roast. Dianes French Roast Review

Another Dianes French Roast lover!  We recieved this comment through the Enquiry system of our stores.  He is a Dianes French Roast Lover!

Dear Pete,

This is not an enquiry; I couldn’t find a more appropriate link for comments.

I brewed some ‘Diane’s French Roast’ this morning, and I think I had THE most perfect cup of coffee I’ve tasted in my 30+ years of coffee-drinking history. I love the flavour of a French roast, and in my quest to find one that soothes the palate, I finally decided to try, as it were, Diane’s favourite. Roasted to perfection, no bitterness, and just enough acidity to keep it on this side of astringent, as I prefer. I shall be ordering more in future, so don’t toss the recipe.
