Our Coffee Barn is a Home Based business ran by Pete and Barb Esanbock.  We can fill orders of all sizes,  from direct to the consumer all the way up to chains of coffee shops and everything in between!  We are doing what we LOVE to do!  I guess I should only speak for myself,  I LOVE to roast coffee for my living!  If you have questions or just want to talk about the coffee industry give me a call. I roast with a computer controlled, US Roaster Corp 12 kilo roaster, this roaster is just a 1 year old, it was put into service the first week of June 2009.  This roaster can roast over 120 lbs per hour, or close to 1000 lbs a day possible.  If it is a large order of the same coffee every batch is roasted using the same profile and will come out exactly the same each and every time!   If my roasting schedule is for 20 or 30 different coffees, I just send the proper profile for the roast level I want for the batch size needed and those coffees will come out the same each and every time too.  This what I LOVE to do, I want to keep the flame burning as long as I can each roasting day!  I do take breaks, but I do try to finish my roasting schedule before I shut the roaster down.

An office in our house and a warehouse/coffee roasting barn outbuilding.  We live on the farm that I grew up on in Spring Valley WI.  With that as our background it was easy to come up with a country themed base for our coffee business.  We officially became a business in the Spring of 2003 when I bought the domain name ourcoffeebarn.com.  We started out using a Yahoo Store for about the first year; after a year we saw that we needed a more robust dynamic web site, that is where the current site came about.  The stores are PHP code based stores so they have a LOT of things going for them, reviews, bestsellers lists, multiple addresses stored in your personal account, product notifications, many more extras.  We have a dedicated secure server for 100% secure (SSL) transactions.  Our new Blog style “Home” pages are new and I look foward to building on them.  Yes, we build and maintain our own web site!  With help from a nephew.

It is our commitment at Our Coffee Barn to give you the freshest possible coffee.  We will roast, bag, and ship your coffee all on the same day.  Absolutley no longer than 24 hours for the fresh roasted.  We will also give you a free 1/2 pound of fresh roasted coffee with every 2 pound purchase. (This only applies to our Fresh Roasted, 1 pound section) We will pick this coffee on a random basis from our wide variety of coffees from around the world; this will give you an opportunity to sample some different coffees that you might not have tried.

We also sell green coffee beans in 25 and 50 pound sized bags for Home Roasting groups or Coffee Shops who roast their own coffee beans.
