We will be closed Nov 27UPS and Spee Dee Delivery are not shipping Friday, we have decided that we will close on the 27th also. We will be roasting on Monday and Wednesday. Shipping Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We are recommending that any roasted coffee wanted, should be ordered for Mondays roasting. We will roast and ship on Wed also, but keep in mind the long weekend, we don’t think UPS will be running any trucks between cities, so the coffee will be setting in a warehouse or truck all weekend. The response to this sale was fantastic! So good that we were sold out when I got up this morning! We kept the sale going thinking that I could buy more of the same coffee for about the same price. After I called to reserve more of it I found out the price had jumped by almost 15%. We then marked it out of stock. I just secured 3 more bags at a price I can still honor the sale prices listed in the email we sent. I have listed the quantities so we will hopefully not oversell again. If you would want more of this coffee contact us and we can try to get the current pricing for you. We can’t buy past crop coffees on futures, sorry.
This has been a learning and growth curve for us! We are now watching the C-Market and will be buying futures of about 10 or 12 of our best sellers. This will secure the price for about 3 months at a time for all of our blends and the single origins we use in the blends.

Cupping Notes: Fruit acidity, raspberry, orange. About this Coffee: Only red, ripe cherries are picked for this lot, and careful drying procedures are used. The extra care provided by producers at origin gives this coffee a bright acidity and sweet, clean fruit flavors. Coffee holds a special place in Ethiopian culture that transcends that of the coffees from other origin countries. The majority of the crop does not even leave the country and is drunk with great ceremony by the Ethiopian people. This is in contrast to other origins where coffee is a cash crop, with the best being exported, and the dregs kept locally and drunk unceremoniously with plenty of milk and sugar to choke it down. One taste of an excellent Ethiopian coffee and you will understand this passion for the bean.
