No More Size Options
We now have all of our coffees listed by the size bag wanted. The size option caused too many bad feedbacks from Bizrate surveys. We do use the survey data to help grow our business back, so if you have the time, please fill them out after they come up on checkout success.
Here is a screen shot of the sorting pulldown menu on any category that has multiple sizes. The page states Show: Then when you click the pulldown arrow it will show the available sizes, click on the size you want to see just that size. All prices are clearly marked for the size wanted.

Live Help
Our Live Help Sessions are proving a VERY useful tool for both you the customer and us! If you have a question ask! The Live Help will be open a lot more now. Even when I am in the office doing web site work I will keep it open, it may take a little time for a reply, if I have stepped away for a coffee break or something.
