Coffee Equipment Listings

We dropped most of the equipment we had listed after a couple fraudulent orders were placed.  We lost over $2000 in 2009 to those orders.

I am thinking of listing a few of them again, but the economy being sluggish I just don’t want to waste my time building the listings and not selling any.

Our current customers are the ones who we know we can sell to, so if I get some positive response in the comments of this post I will give the equipment a closer look and get some listed if I see a demand for it.

New Baratza Maestro Plus Now Available

We have noticed an increase in ground coffee orders.  We don’t mind, but to truly enjoy the best tasting cup of coffee a good high quality burr coffee grinder is needed.  We highly recommend the Baratza line of grinders and for our customers the Maestro Plus should be the entry level grinder for most of you.  If you already have an espresso machine you probably already have a dedicated grinder for it.  The Maestro Plus is really meant for the manual pour over, auto drip, french press, vacuum, moka or any other method that does not require a very fine grind.

We hope to have some in our roasting barn to ship with coffee orders soon but for now Baratza will be shipping them direct to our customers.

Here is the new listing for the Baratza Maestro Plus.  To purchase this grinder visit it’s listing on our store here. Maestro Plus.

New Improved Baratza Maestro Plus™

The Maestro PLus just went through a redesign. The result is a grinder with the same great performance at a lower price. The only difference is the base is now weighed black plastic. The Maestro Plus still combines flexibility, ease of use, and rock-solid stability that has made it the grinder of choice for the coffee enthusiast.

The Maestro Plus is a conical burr coffee grinder that offers the versatility to grind beans for many brewing methods. The forty grind setting enable you to grind fine enough for light espresso, a medium grind for drip and a coarse grind for French Press. The Maestro Plus will also give you a good grind for manual brewing methods that have become so popular in your local cafe.

Detailed Product Features:

The Maestro Plus still features a 60 second timer, a front mounted pulse button and weights eight pounds which gives it a rock-solid feel and increased stability.

The Maestro Plus’ convenient front mounted pulse button allows you to grind directly into your espresso brew basket if desired, while a 60-second timer can be used to easily duplicate grind times. Additional features of the Maestro Plus include a large 8-oz. bean hopper and a 5-oz. removable anti static ground coffee bin.

*light espresso means an espresso machine using a pressurized filter and a moka (stove top) espresso machine.
