  1. Question: Can I combine Wholesale and Retail orders?  Answer:  Yes! All coffee is listed on the new store both small and large orders can be placed from there.
  2. Redeem Gift Vouchers: Update Dec 1 2011 We no longer have a gift voucher program. Did you receive a gift voucher and not know how to redeem it?  First step, log onto your account on our store you have the account. Step 2- Click the link in the Welcome Email.
    We are having a little trouble with our code redeeming.  The way it will work is to log onto your account, then find the Welcome Email and by clicking the link in that email it will add the $5 to your account. 
    Just entering the code just doesn’t work for some reason.
  3. Here is a screen shot of the Onepage checkout. Notice the check box to use voucher is checked, that’s it after you click on the link in the voucher Email.  Easy!
  4. What does SWP and MWP stand for?  Answer:  SWP stands for Swiss Water Process and MWP is Mountain Water Process. Decaffination processes,  the MWP is done in mainly Mexico and Colombia,  the SWP is done in Switzerland or at least follows the process they use, I am not sure of the locations.   No chemicals are used in either process.
  5. What does OCB mean?  Answer:  Our Coffee Barn
  6. Where is your Espresso Equipment?  Answer: We pulled it from our sites stores, we just did not sell enough espresso equipment to justify the work to maintain the listings on our site.  We are still selling them, just via phone now though.
