The live video is just when I am roasting, currently Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.  The video will be started around 7:00AM on roasting days.  At 9:00AM Central each roasting day I will take a seat in front of the camera and  be available to answer questions.  This Q&A session will last no more than 15 minutes, I am production roasting and the orders need to be filled!
