About this Coffee:

Only red, ripe cherries are picked for this lot, and careful drying procedures are used. The extra care provided by producers at origin gives this coffee a bright acidity and sweet, clean fruit flavors.

Coffee holds a special place in Ethiopian culture that transcends that of the coffees from other origin countries. The majority of the crop does not even leave the country and is drunk with great ceremony by the Ethiopian people. This is in contrast to other origins where coffee is a cash crop, with the best being exported, and the dregs kept locally and drunk unceremoniously with plenty of milk and sugar to choke it down.

One taste of an excellent Ethiopian coffee and you will understand this passion for the bean.

About this Coffee:

The highlands of Harar are remote, so remote, that most of the coffee is carried by donkeys down to collectors below in the valley as trucks could not go to the farmers. The way of processing the coffee is an ancient method going back to the beginning of coffee consumption. Women crush the cherry in deep wooden pots by hand and the coffee is naturally sundried on the ground. The coffee trees are two hundred years old and some reach up to a height of 6 meters (20 feet). This is the alpha to the high tech mechanical omega of most of Brazil..

Raging Bull Espresso Blend

5 Pounds Wholesale Fresh Roasted Coffee Beans

$23.90 thats just $4.78 per pound!

Whole Bean Only! no Grind option.

Raging Bull espresso blend roasted coffee beans.

This is a very bold but also smooth coffee that is not for the faint hearted! Very full bodied but roasted just dark enough to smooth out the whole blend.

I have been trying to think of a new name for this blend so I don’t scare away anyone, but I really like the Raging Bull name! Let’s just say it comes on like a Raging Bull but then calms down to a Gentle Bull.

This is an African, Brasilian and an Asian coffee, dark roasted to give it just enough kick to satisfy any espresso or drip brew fan!
