We decided to concentrate on roasting the best cupping and drinking coffee we can, by me, the coffee roaster deciding what is the best roast level for each variety or blend.  We had been doing a custom roast level for 5 lb orders but I found I was roasting multiple batches of the same coffee and the Perfect Point that I roasted always cupped the best in my Quality Control cupping of every batch I roast.  If a dark roast is wanted try either the Raging Bull or Latte Style Espresso Blends.  If you want a french roast Our Dianes French Roast is the coffee for you, it can take the heat and still come through in the cup!  If you want 25 lbs of 1 coffee custom roasted we can do that, but no more 5 lb custom roasting levels.
