We have had enough requests for our preblended coffees that
we are now listing them! This is the same blend we use for our roasted customers.
This is a great blend for espresso! I roast it to just the
start of second crack getting rolling but it could be roasted lighter or a little
darker, I would stay away from using this as a Dark or French Roast though,
the Tanzania Peaberry or Burundi Bwayi we use in it will lose it's profile and it just would not be
the same.
I am very pleased with how this blend stays very similar in
the cup even as the supply of beans changes from year to year.

Classic Italian Style Espresso Blend
Classic Italian Style Espresso Blend. If you like the classic
Italian Espresso this is your blend. We added just enough premium robusta beans
to this that the crema is incredible! The complex nutty hints, compliment the
chocolate undertones. Roasted just to a medium roast level, (a little oil may
show on some of the beans)
