Raging Bull Espresso Blend
Blueberry, hints of Chocolate with mild spices, nice citric tang.
We have had enough requests for our preblended coffees that we are now listing them! This is the same blend we use for our roasted customers.
This Raging Bull Blend is best roasted to a medium dark to dark roast level, try not going too dark though, just dark enough to mellow out the Sumatra in the blend just a touch, be careful not to roast through the bean and get to just the roast for your flavor profile.
I am very pleased with how this blend stays very similar in the cup even as the supply of beans changes from year to year.

This is a very bold but also smooth coffee that is not for the faint hearted! Very full bodied but roasted just dark enough to smooth out the whole blend.
I have been trying to think of a new name for this blend so I don't scare away anyone, but I really like the Raging Bull name! Let's just say it comes on like Raging Bull but then calms down to a Gentle Bull.
This is an African, Brasilian and an Asian coffee, dark roasted to give it just enough kick to satisfy any espresso or drip brew fan!
