Pan Roasting Method of Home Coffee Roasting

You can use just about any heat source for pan roasting coffee beans, this video is shown using an LP burner.  I had the heat too high and the roast got VERY uneven.  I will be doing more videos to show the right heat level and a more even roast.  I am just trying to show the method right now.

Another Pan roast with a pre heated pan and medium heat then down to low heat and even off the burner to finish the roast more evenly.
